Responsible use of the smart glasses

Our smart glasses are intended exclusively for responsible and legally permitted use. It is not permitted to record with the glasses in locations where filming or photography is prohibited, or in places where individuals have a reasonable expectation of privacy. This includes, but is not limited to, private property without permission, restrooms, changing rooms, shower areas, and similar spaces.

When using the smart glasses, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding privacy and the making of video and audio recordings. Diqal Optic is not liable for damages, claims, fines, or other consequences arising from incorrect, unlawful, or unauthorized use of the smart glasses.

To clearly indicate when the camera is active, the glasses are equipped with a white indicator light that illuminates during recording. This light is an important part of the product and serves as a recognizable signal to bystanders that filming is taking place.

It is not permitted to remove, cover, disable, or modify the indicator light in any way. Other modifications to the electronics or construction of the glasses are also not permitted. Removing, covering, or modifying the indicator light, or any other unauthorized changes to the product, will immediately void the warranty.

By using the smart glasses, you agree to these terms and declare that you will use the glasses in a responsible and lawful manner.
